Why we started
We were the small business waiting on hold, refreshing a tracking page that hadn't moved in hours.
Same-day delivery in our own city felt slower, pricier and more opaque than it had any right to be. Surprise surcharges. Contracts you couldn't leave. A support line that treated a late parcel like a statistic instead of someone's day.
So we built the courier we wished we had — starting in Melbourne, rolling out across Victoria, and growing from there. Flat pricing you can see before you book. Tracking you'd actually want to open. And a promise simple enough to put our name on: on time, or it's free.
